GeoCat is pleased to support our customers with a GeoNetwork Enterprise 2020.5.1 update.

Overview

GeoNetwork Enterprise is an outstanding catalog application providing record publishing and search capabilities to share information. Built to support international open standards GeoNetwork offers metadata editing and management with a focus on geospatial content.

GeoNetwork Enterprise 2020.5.1 is a recommended upgrade for all our customers and compatible with GeoCat Bridge for both ArcGIS Desktop and QGIS Desktop.

This version includes an upgrade of the schema from 2.0 to 2.1. For backwards compatibility and lower impact we decided to keep the name of the plugin at 2.0. All records with identifier 2.0 will be updated to 2.1 automatically when opening the editor. In this version the INSPIRE schematron rules have been removed, since GeoNovum stopped maintaining them. Instead you can use the remote INSPIRE ETF validator.
