Installing WMS WebP output format

To install the WMS WebP output format extension:

1. Download the webp community extension from the appropriate nightly build. The file name is called geoserver-*-webp-plugin.zip, where * matches the version number of GeoServer you are using.

2. Extract this these files and place the JARs in WEB-INF/lib.

3. Perform any configuration required by your servlet container, and then restart.
